1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 345wln platform available at https://345wln.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 345wln platform and close your account. Your continued use of the 345wln platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 345wln platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balances held.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 345wln will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available in your account settings.

345wln reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects the account has been opened fraudulently, or where the player is in breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 345wln platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Deposits are processed via approved payment channels including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are communicated within the platform's cashier section.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player must have completed the applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal request can be approved.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable across all 345wln promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Until these requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 345wln sportsbook and all wagers made in the 345wln casino are subject to the specific rules published for each game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 345wln will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a clear technical error is identified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 345wln reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 345wln platform. Any player found engaging in such conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of deposits and balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 345wln staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 345wln platform, including but not limited to the 345wln brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and multimedia assets, is the exclusive property of 345wln or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345wln platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 345wln content without express written authorisation.
• Use any 345wln branding, trademarks, or content for commercial purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.
